Where do we ship?

We provide worldwide shipping.

How do I track my package? 

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tracking number received in the shipment confirmation email.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

Once shipped, your order will arrive within:

  • United States: 6 to 10 business days.
  • Canada, United Kingdom and Australia: 10 to 16 days.
  • Other Countries: can take 15 to 25 days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Feel free to email us to check your order status.

Production time/Processing time is NOT included in shipping time!

Processing time for standard jewelry products is 1-3 business days.

The personalized items are made to order in our facility in St. Petersburg, Florida. Orders with personalized products inside take approximately 3-5 business days to go through processing and production.

How much does shipping cost?

We deliver inside the USA for free (for limited time).
Typically, domestic shipping (USA) is $9.71, and international shipping is $18.25.
Expedited Dispatch (5-8 Business Days), does NOT include Processing/Production time.
Can I change the destination country on my order?
After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa.

Please, check that you have input the correct shipping address at checkout, including correct zip-code and apartment/unit number. You can also check your confirmation email for this information. All orders are automatically shipped to the address you input. We are not liable if your order does not arrive due to an irregularity in the shipping address.
