Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns for items because you changed your mind. 

There will be NO REFUNDS given based on shipping carrier delays or for lost and/or stolen packages, once this item leaves our production facility we have no control over shipping delays or if a package gets lost or stolen

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period.

Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, there are often some processing times before a refund is issued.
